Insurers argued that because the security of the windows was below the standard deemed to be adequate, that the security measures did not meet the Policy conditions. AJC Consultants were able to argue that due to the force used, entry would have been gained regardless and that Insurers were in fact aware of the existing security.

Whilst a final settlement was negotiated we were able to secure an interim payment to allow the Policyholder to replace stolen stock in order to continue trading.
